Aluminum Oxide Grains Flap Disc

Flap Disc is mainly used in industrial production in polishing. Its grains are mainly in the range of 36#-400#, and 60#, 80# are most common size, outside diameter 4"-7". It is used for welding seam polishing and grinding processing. Flap disc has good elasticity, high efficiency, good heat, low noise, can replace resin cymbal sand wheel. It is mainly used in lapping and polishing various stainless steel and carbon steel structural parts.

Matters need attention

1. During the grinding process, room temperature should be maintained.

2. The polishing product shall not be contaminated with water marks to avoid skidding.

3. Flap disc have a certain use of wear, wear to a certain degree must be replaced.
