PVC Pipe Cutter

Specification

PVC pipe cutter is always used to cut PVC, PPR, PB, PE pipe and other aluminium pipe. It is commonly used in fitment areas.

C&A TOOLS PVC pipe cutter uses aluminium die-casting body, and 65Mn blade, using quenching treatment to guarantee the quality of the products. Besides we have different type of handle you can choose, also we do accept OEM

Usage

First clip the pipe under the PVC pipe cutter blade and press the handle repeatedly until it is hard to press. Then rotate the pipe and press the scissor handle to cut the pipe.

Mention

(1)  Select the suitable pipe cutter according to the diameter of the cut pipe

(2)  Check whether the blade of the pipe cutter is in good condition and whether there are cracks

(3)  Clean the pipe, hold the cut pipe firmly with pressure clamp, measure the cutting length and make a record

(4)  When cutting, the pipe should be clamped firmly with the cutter blade perpendicular to the pipe
