With the acceleration of my country's industrialization process, the development space of garden machinery products is becoming increasingly broad, and the technical level is constantly improving. At present, garden machinery not only has a wide variety of varieties, but also has complex structures and high value. If used improperly, it is very easy to malfunction or damage, and its maintenance is difficult and expensive. Therefore, establishing a complete gardening tool maintenance system, improving the technical quality of operators, and strengthening maintenance management and guarantee mechanisms are important guarantees for ensuring the efficient operation and extended service life of gardening machinery and equipment, and are also key measures to improve the level of greening maintenance management.
1. Purpose of the system
Ensure the normal operation of gardening machinery and equipment and reduce the failure rate;
Reduce maintenance costs and extend the service life of equipment;
Improve the professional quality of equipment operators and maintenance personnel;
Standardize the use, maintenance and repair processes of equipment, and promote the standardization and scientificization of gardening operations.
2. Use and daily maintenance management
Inspection before use
Check whether all parts are firmly installed, loose or falling off;
Check whether there are oil stains, oil leakage, aging of lines and other problems;
Check whether the safety protection devices are intact, such as brakes, switches, and guards;
Perform no-load test operation before starting to confirm that there are no abnormal noises and abnormal vibrations.
Management during use
Strictly follow the instructions during operation, and overload operation is strictly prohibited;
Once abnormal noise, severe vibration, abnormal exhaust, insufficient power and other phenomena occur, stop using it immediately and conduct preliminary investigation;
Fill in the equipment fault report for the fault found, stating the fault time, manifestation, preliminary judgment and handling, and form a complete record.
Maintenance after use
Clean dust and debris on the surface of the equipment and key components;
Check the remaining amount and quality of oil (such as engine oil and lubricating oil), and replace if necessary;
Lubricate, tighten or replace vulnerable parts such as chains and blades according to the maintenance manual;
Arrange daily or weekly maintenance inspections for equipment with high frequency of use.
3. Regular maintenance system
Time periodic inspection
All gardening equipment shall be comprehensively inspected every month, quarter and half year;
The inspection contents include but are not limited to: engine operation status, power transmission system, hydraulic system, electronic control system, safety protection system, etc.
Maintenance of idle equipment
Seasonal or temporary tools such as sprayers and chain saws must be started and inspected quarterly even if they have not been used for a long time;
Lubrication, cleaning, rust prevention, moisture prevention, battery charging and maintenance to avoid aging and rust of parts;
Equipment that has been idle for more than 3 months must be sealed and labeled with equipment status.
4. Condition-based maintenance mechanism
Abnormal state handling during operation
If the machine vibration increases, power decreases, black smoke is emitted, and heat is severe, it should be stopped and checked immediately;
Check for problems such as oil circuit blockage, air filter blockage, ignition failure, insufficient lubrication, etc., and ask professional maintenance personnel to handle them if necessary;
Perform targeted maintenance on the faulty parts to prevent small problems from evolving into major faults.
Equipment management during the running-in period
For newly purchased or overhauled equipment, the running-in period regulations must be strictly implemented in accordance with the instructions;
During the running-in period, high-load operation for a long time is prohibited, and the connection parts and lubrication systems must be checked regularly;
After the running-in period, a comprehensive maintenance must be carried out and a file must be established for reference.
V. Equipment file management system
Each equipment shall establish an independent file, including equipment number, purchase time, instruction manual, operator, maintenance record, etc.;
The record content includes the time, content, person in charge, accessories used and result evaluation of each maintenance and repair;
Equipment files must be managed electronically for easy query and long-term preservation.
VI. Personnel training and division of responsibilities
Operators must be qualified after training before they can take up their posts, and unlicensed operation is strictly prohibited;
Regularly organize technical training to improve the ability of maintena
