In some cases, sledge hammers are used. In order to ensure its good performance, how should the sledge hammer manufacturers control the temperature conditions during production?
Generally, there are two requirements. One is constant temperature, that is, the temperature of the octagonal hammer and the verification tool must be the same as the temperature of the verification location, so that the verification can be performed. On the other hand, the temperature of the verification site must be stable, that is, temperature changes should be strictly controlled during the verification process. Therefore, the humidity requirements for level 00 flat panel verification are added, and the temperature changes for level 00 and 0 level panel verification are given, and the relative humidity must not exceed the requirements. The requirements for temperature and humidity are equally important for sledge hammers and rock slabs.
It is necessary to lengthen the time for the calibration tool to balance the temperature with the octagonal hammer, so that it will help reduce the deformation of the octagonal hammer, thereby ensuring the quality of the calibration.
